Gioginoatelier is a distinctive residential and office complex completed in 1993 in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. Designed by Yoshio Takeichi and REA Architectural Workshop, this structure exemplifies 1990s contemporary Japanese architecture. Located in the Gioginomachi district, the building seamlessly integrates living and working spaces through thoughtful spatial planning.
