Cycle II is a temporary architecture project designed to revitalize the Shizugawa Elementary School evacuation housing area in Minamisanriku, Miyagi Prefecture, following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. Conceived by Playground Supporters and Chiba Institute of Technology's Ishihara Laboratory, this facility serves as both an exhibition and art project space while functioning as a social education center.
