T_FLAT is a residential complex located in Todoroki, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, completed in 2004. Designed by Tsuneyuki Toyoda of Toyoda Construction and Kuniaki Takahashi and Ayano Uchimura of A STUDIO, this project represents a thoughtful approach to multi-family housing in an urban residential area. The building demonstrates contemporary design principles while responding to its local context.
