FORME SETAGAYA is a contemporary terrace house development completed in 2015, located in Setagaya, Tokyo. Designed by Koma Takeshi and Koma Yuka of Koma Architects, this project represents a modern interpretation of the traditional Japanese rowhouse typology. The design thoughtfully balances contemporary living requirements with the character of the residential neighborhood. The architects created individual homes that maintain visual and spatial continuity while respecting the privacy and autonomy of each unit.
