Heisei Garden and Genshin-an is a remarkable contemporary architectural project completed in 1989, located in Kitakasai, Edogawa Ward, Tokyo. Designed collaboratively by Nikken Sekkei and Norio Nomura's design office, this facility seamlessly integrates a public park and social education space. The project exemplifies late 20th-century Japanese landscape design philosophy, combining modern architectural principles with traditional garden aesthetics. Genshin-an serves as a cultural venue while the surrounding garden provides a serene public gathering space.
