Hibari Terrace 118 is a contemporary social education facility located in Hibarigaoka, Nishi-Tokyo. Completed in 2015, this architectural project was developed through a collaborative effort between Architecture Lab and Sugiyama Kosei Property, with design work by MANS Architectural Design. The building serves the local community as an educational and cultural hub. Its modern design demonstrates thoughtful integration of functional spaces suited for public engagement and learning activities, making it a notable addition to the urban landscape while respecting the established character of the Hibarigaoka residential area.
