Minna no Ie at Miyato Island is a community facility completed in 2012, located in Higashi-Matsushima, Miyagi Prefecture. Designed by the acclaimed architectural duo Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA, this social education building exemplifies their signature minimalist aesthetic and spatial philosophy. The structure seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, featuring clean lines and an open, flexible interior layout that encourages community interaction.
