Kesennuma Otani Minna no Ie is a community gathering space completed in 2013 in Miyagi Prefecture, designed by a collaborative team of architects Yang Zhao, Kazuyo Sejima, and Masaki Watase. Located in Kesennuma's Motoyoshi district, this public facility serves as both a park amenity and social education center. The project exemplifies contemporary Japanese community architecture, integrating thoughtful design with social functionality.
