Ishinomaki Azumaya is a contemporary public pavilion completed in 2021, located in the central district of Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture. Designed by Mandai Motosuke Architects, this modest yet thoughtfully conceived structure serves as an ancillary facility within a public park setting.
