Komoro City Hall and Komoro Plaza is a multifunctional civic complex completed in 2015, designed through a collaborative effort by Tougou Enterprise, Higashihama Design, and Ishimoto Architects. Located in Komoro, Nagano Prefecture, this integrated facility seamlessly combines commercial spaces, a public library, transportation facilities, municipal administration offices, and social education institutions. The building exemplifies contemporary Japanese civic architecture by consolidating multiple community functions into a single cohesive structure, enhancing urban accessibility and promoting efficient public services while serving as a cultural and commercial hub for the local community.
