Kukuya Dai Kindergarten, completed in 2019, represents a contemporary approach to early childhood educational architecture in Koga, Ibaraki. This project showcases the collaborative design vision of LIVE HAUS Architectural Design Office and Takayuki Iida Architectural Design Office. The building thoughtfully integrates functional spaces for young learners while demonstrating modern architectural principles. Located in the Miwa district, the kindergarten exemplifies how contemporary design can create nurturing environments that support child development. The design balances practical considerations of kindergarten operations with aesthetic qualities that inspire both students and educators. This structure offers valuable insights into how architectural firms approach the design of specialized institutional buildings.
