Okurasan Senior House Plus is a multifunctional facility completed in 2016 in Yokohama's Kohoku Ward, designed by architect Shiro Murofushi of Studio Artec. This innovative complex skillfully integrates three distinct programs: childcare facilities, residential housing, and social education spaces. The project demonstrates contemporary architectural thinking about intergenerational community building and mixed-use development.
