Minami-Aoyama Assortment House, completed in 2003 in Minato Ward, Tokyo, represents a distinctive approach to contemporary urban design. Created by architects Satoshiyuki Utsumi and Tatsuya Nagasaki of Milligram Studio, this mixed-use development ingeniously combines commercial facilities with residential townhouses and terrace units.
