Nagasaki City Hall, completed in 2023, represents a modern civic architecture that seamlessly integrates contemporary design with the city's cultural heritage. Located at 4-1 Uonocho in Nagasaki, this administrative building was designed through a collaborative effort by four distinguished firms: Yamashita Sekkei, Kenyusha Sekkei, Arima Architectural Design Office, and a specialized design consortium. The structure exemplifies sustainable urban planning and functional governance architecture, serving as a new landmark for the prefecture while maintaining harmony with its surrounding environment.
