Nishico is a contemporary residential complex completed in 2023, located in the Ebaradistrict of Shinagawa, Tokyo. Designed collaboratively by Arkinet and Satoh Mitsuhiko Architectural Design Office, this terrace house exemplifies modern interpretations of traditional Japanese long-house typology. The project demonstrates thoughtful integration of contemporary living standards with a compact urban footprint, making it an exemplary case study for dense residential development in metropolitan Tokyo.
