NN Building is a multifunctional complex completed in 2013 in Kimitsu, Chiba Prefecture, designed by architect Kensuke Watanabe of KWAS. This project thoughtfully combines a childcare facility with residential apartments, demonstrating innovative spatial planning that serves both community needs and urban living. The design showcases contemporary Japanese architecture's approach to mixed-use developments, where social infrastructure seamlessly integrates with residential spaces.
