Rensankyoshi Ichino Rittai Sankyoshi is a contemporary terrace house project completed in 2023, located in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. Designed by Yukio Asari of Love Architecture, this innovative residential complex demonstrates a sophisticated approach to urban living through its thoughtfully articulated three-dimensional spatial composition. The project reinterprets the traditional Japanese long house typology within a modern context, creating a vertically layered community experience. By skillfully manipulating elevation and spatial relationships, the architect has crafted interconnected living spaces that maximize urban density while preserving individual dwelling character and quality of light throughout the development.
