Ashihana Home is a nursing care facility completed in 1995 located in the Kasuya district of Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. Designed by architect Takakazu Nagashima in collaboration with AUR Architecture, Urban Planning and Research Consultants, this welfare facility represents an important example of late twentieth-century institutional architecture in Japan. The building demonstrates thoughtful design considerations for elderly residents, integrating functional spaces with attention to accessibility and comfort.
