The Life School Rokugo Campus, completed in 2024, represents a contemporary approach to multipurpose welfare architecture in Sendai. Designed collaboratively by TOMITO ARCHITECTURE and Takuya Kawami Architectural Design Office, this facility seamlessly integrates elderly care and childcare services within a unified structure. Located in the Imaizumi-Monokure district of Wakabayashi Ward, the campus demonstrates innovative design solutions that prioritize both functional efficiency and compassionate spatial planning for vulnerable populations. The project exemplifies modern Japanese welfare facility design principles.
