Senju Motomachi Souko is a contemporary industrial building completed in 2021, located in the historic Senju district of Adachi Ward, Tokyo. Designed by architects Daisuke Ishimura and Taku Neichi, this structure skillfully balances functionality with aesthetic refinement. Serving as a factory, workshop, warehouse, and office space, the building demonstrates a thoughtful approach to mixed-use industrial design. Its architectural intervention respects the area's manufacturing heritage while introducing modern design principles.
