The Golden Studio, located in Yokohama's Koganecho district, is a distinctive cultural and arts facility completed in 2008. Designed collaboratively by Machi Design and Kanagawa University's Sogabe Laboratory, this venue exemplifies creative urban regeneration beneath elevated expressway infrastructure. By transforming underutilized space under the Keikyu railway viaduct into an active exhibition and performance space, the project demonstrates innovative adaptive reuse.
