Completed in 2022, the Gifu Strawberry Workshop and Direct Sales Center represents a thoughtful integration of agricultural and community spaces in Motosu, Gifu Prefecture. Designed by Ito Maintenance Architectural Design Office, this facility seamlessly combines functional workspace, commercial operations, and recreational areas into a cohesive structure. The building serves dual purposes as both a social education facility and agricultural hub, supporting local strawberry cultivation while creating an engaging public destination.
