The Keikyu Railway Koganecho Elevated Structure New Studio and Kaidan Plaza represents an innovative adaptive reuse project completed in 2011 in Yokohama's Naka Ward. Located beneath the elevated railway infrastructure of Keikyu Electric Railway, this multipurpose public space transforms previously underutilized urban land into a vibrant cultural and recreational destination.
