Ring Around a Tree is an innovative kindergarten and commercial facility designed by renowned architects Takaharu and Yui Tezuka of Tezuka Architects. Completed in 2011 in Tachikawa, Tokyo, this expansion project reimagines educational spaces through its distinctive circular design that literally wraps around an existing tree. The structure seamlessly integrates nature into the architectural experience, promoting environmental awareness among young learners.
