Museum of Together, completed in 2017, showcases an innovative approach to exhibition design within Spiral Garden in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Developed collaboratively by Atelier Wan, Cheer Art, and the Kaishima Laboratory at the University of Tsukuba, this exhibition facility spans the Atrium, Gallery, and Esplanade spaces. The design demonstrates contemporary curatorial thinking through its flexible spatial organization, facilitating dynamic interactions between artworks and visitors. The architects created an adaptive environment that encourages multiple interpretations and engagement patterns, reflecting modern exhibition philosophy that prioritizes experiential quality alongside aesthetic considerations.
