Toritsu University Terrace is a contemporary residential complex completed in 2011, designed by Jiro Murofushi and Studio Artec. Located in Nakane, Meguro Ward, Tokyo, this project exemplifies modern interpretations of traditional Japanese housing typologies. The building features a carefully planned arrangement of townhouse and terrace-style units that respond thoughtfully to the urban context.
