Located in Omihachiman, Shiga Prefecture, the Aisaikan Conversion represents a thoughtful adaptive reuse project completed in 2022. Designed by B2AARCHITECTS, this transformation reimagines an existing structure for contemporary commercial and industrial purposes, serving as a factory, workshop, and warehouse. The project demonstrates innovative architectural thinking in breathing new life into established buildings while maintaining functional efficiency.
