Umeyashiki House, completed in 2008 in Ota Ward, Tokyo, represents a contemporary approach to traditional Japanese row house living. Designed by architect Jiro Murofushi of Studio Artec, this residential project thoughtfully reinterprets the classic long house typology for modern urban contexts.
