Un.C. - Under Construction - is an innovative office space located in Tokyo's Nihonbashi district, completed in 2016. Designed by the collaborative team of Masataka Baba, Kazutaka Ohashi, Yuuki Hiraiwa, and Aki Fukui of OPEN A, this project exemplifies contemporary Japanese architectural thinking. Situated on the seventh floor of The Park Lex Nihonbashi Bakurocho, the space challenges conventional office design by embracing a philosophy of perpetual transformation. The architects' approach reflects their interest in adaptive spatial strategies and dynamic work environments, making Un.C. a notable example of flexible, future-oriented design for the modern workplace.
