Yanaka Terrace is a contemporary residential project located in Tokyo's Taito Ward, completed in 2012. Designed by AAT and Yokomizo Architectural Design Office, this terrace house complex exemplifies thoughtful urban infill development in one of Tokyo's most historically rich neighborhoods. The project skillfully balances modern architectural principles with the traditional character of the surrounding Yanaka district. Through careful spatial planning and sensitive design, the architects created a community-oriented housing solution that respects the area's heritage while introducing contemporary living standards.
